Banjo and Jamming workshops tomorrow!

Hey pals! We've got our third weekend of socially distanced workshops at Waverly happening tomorrow!

We've got a banjo workshop with Brian Alley, banjo player with Never Come Down and the Portland Radio Ponies. Brian's workshop will cover all the fundamentals of Scruggs-Style banjo, including rolls, chord shapes, melody playing, and linking it all together to get the hard-driving sound we're all after.

There's also a jamming workshop with Patrick and I, covering all the ins and outs of playing music with others.

We've also got our weekly Zoom Class next Wednesday 10/28! We had some registration difficulties this week, but believe we've got things ironed out for next time. You should receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after registering, if not, please get in touch with us at taborgrass@gmail.com. Thanks for your patience while we iron out the kinks Taborgrassers!

I'll leave you all this week with a short clip of bluegrass legend Doc Watson meeting a young Michael Cleveland for the first time. They pick a few tunes, discuss their blindness, and warm all of our bluegrass hearts. See you soon Taborgrassers!
